Tens of kilos separate the Elise and the Exige. The Evora adds four hundred.

With a Lotus it is not the power that matters but how much of it there is per tonne. Factory figures, they vary by year and version.

We make the parts ourselves

Not fitting someone else’s parts. Pick what you are after.

The Evora GT4 runs forged aluminium double wishbones from the factory. Wishbones for Lotus cars are sold all over Europe — of the five things we make, this one is the most crowded market.

The GT4 regulations allow two-way dampers at most, ban adjusting them from the cockpit, and let you homologate three sets of springs for the whole season. Everything is decided inside those limits.

Enquire: Dampers

None of the three big European Lotus parts shops carries them. Searching their sites for “upright” mostly returns rear wing stanchions.

We put a two-litre Honda engine in an Exige S1 and won the under-2000 cc class twice at Most with it. Best lap 1:50,670.

What separates the Elise from the Exige is not power but downforce: 45 kg against 5.9 kg at 161 km/h. You cannot buy that, the shape of the body makes it.
